In the unlikely event you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team at info@lovaactive.com with the following information:
- Your name and email address
- Order number
- Item name/description
- Photos that show the item clearly, including the fault (if applicable), the full length of the item, the Lova logo, and label
All claims for orders arriving with damaged or wrong items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. We will review the case and, if eligible, arrange for a free replacement or offer a solution in accordance with our policy.
Free Exchanges
Exchanges can be made for a different size but must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
Labels or tags must still be attached.
To receive an exchange, all items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
Please return the item in the original packaging.

Please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 days for your refund to be listed to the original card payment.
